These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ZA999 and all services available on za999.im. Please read them carefully. By registering an account or using any part of the ZA999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.

All ZA999 bonuses come with wagering requirements clearly stated before you claim. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.

To register and use a ZA999 account you must meet all of the following requirements:
ZA999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
When you register a ZA999 account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a current, valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
ZA999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. To complete KYC, ZA999 may request:
KYC documents must be submitted within 30 days of registration or before your first withdrawal request — whichever comes first. ZA999 may place a withdrawal hold on any account where KYC documentation has not been provided or verified. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one ZA999 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If ZA999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be forfeited. ZA999 may also forfeit winnings generated from duplicate accounts where terms abuse is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ZA999 account credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ZA999 strongly recommends:
ZA999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from ZA999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ZA999 support immediately.
ZA999 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate security practices. If you report suspected unauthorised access promptly, ZA999 will investigate and take appropriate protective action including temporary account suspension.
ZA999 accepts deposits from Pakistani players in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:
ZA999 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Your deposited amount is credited to your ZA999 wallet in PKR at the full face value of the deposit. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits — please check with your payment provider for their current terms.
Important: Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. ZA999 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from a payment account belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger an account review.
ZA999 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and close an account if the deposit is determined to have been made fraudulently, under a stolen identity, or using a compromised payment method. In such cases ZA999 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and payment processors.
ZA999 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are processed in PKR with no deduction applied by ZA999. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
Before ZA999 will process a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
ZA999 may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing. ZA999 aims to complete all additional verification checks within 24 hours of the documents being received.
ZA999 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All ZA999 bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all ZA999 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the wagering requirement attached to the bonus must be completed. ZA999 publishes wagering requirements clearly on each bonus offer page before you claim. A 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 10,000 total before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
All ZA999 bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation depending on the specific offer. Unused bonus balance and any associated wagering progress will expire at the end of the validity period without extension.
Not all ZA999 games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each settled bet. Casino-style games and crash games including Aviator may contribute at a different rate — typically 50% or as stated in the specific bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering at all.
ZA999 actively monitors for bonus abuse including multiple account bonusing, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, ZA999 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account and permanently exclude the player from future promotions.
ZA999 bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. If ZA999 determines that a player's wagering pattern is designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than for genuine entertainment purposes, ZA999 may withdraw the bonus offer and any derived winnings at its discretion.
All games available on ZA999 — including Teen Patti, card games, Ludo games and Aviator — are subject to their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that game.
ZA999's crash games including Aviator use a provably fair random number generation system. The hash of each round's outcome is published before the round begins. After each round completes, any player can independently verify the round result against the published hash. ZA999 does not manipulate game outcomes and the provably fair system is designed to make such manipulation verifiable as impossible by any third party.
ZA999 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all casino-style games. RTP is a long-term statistical average across a very large number of game rounds — it does not guarantee any individual session result. Aviator carries a 97% RTP. Other game RTPs are published within their respective game information panels on ZA999.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any ZA999 game — including server disconnection, visual display errors or software failures — ZA999 reserves the right to declare bets placed during the malfunction period void and return stakes. ZA999 will not honour payouts generated by a demonstrable software error or malfunction. Players affected by a technical issue should contact ZA999 support immediately.
The following rules apply to all sports betting on ZA999 including PSL betting, football betting and all other cricket and sports markets.
A sports bet placed on ZA999 is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your ZA999 bet history. ZA999 reserves the right to reject any bet before confirmation — for example, if the market has already closed or if a system error occurred during bet placement. If your intended bet did not receive confirmation, your stake will not have been deducted.
If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed for a result to be officially declared, all bets on match-specific markets will be voided and stakes returned. Season outright bets are not affected by individual match abandonments. PSL matches that produce an official result via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern methodology will be settled on that official result.
ZA999 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly published in error — for example, a team priced at 100.00 to win when the correct price was 1.10. ZA999 will investigate all reported pricing error claims promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players within 72 hours.
Bets placed on ZA999's in-play (live) markets are accepted subject to the current live state of the match. ZA999 uses live data feeds to update in-play prices in near-real-time. There may be a short delay between on-field events and market updates on ZA999. Any bet placed after an event has occurred but before the ZA999 market has updated may be voided at ZA999's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZA999 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
ZA999 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and payment processors. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ZA999 will preserve all relevant evidence and provide it to the appropriate authorities on request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ZA999 will notify the account holder via their registered email address within 72 hours of the suspension being applied, except where disclosure would prejudice an ongoing investigation. Where an account is closed for a verified terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with these terms. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
You may request to close your ZA999 account at any time by contacting ZA999 support at support@za999.im. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZA999 shall not be liable for:
ZA999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their ZA999 account in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ZA999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. ZA999 uses industry-standard encryption on all personal data transmissions and stores data on secure servers.
By registering a ZA999 account you consent to ZA999 contacting you via your registered mobile number and email address with account-related communications including security alerts, transaction confirmations and account status updates. Marketing communications from ZA999 can be opted out of at any time from your account settings.
ZA999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be published at za999.im/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. ZA999 will notify active players of material changes — changes that affect your rights, obligations or the rules governing your account — via email to your registered address and via an on-platform notification.
Minor updates such as formatting changes, clarifications of existing terms or the correction of typographical errors will not trigger a formal notification but will be reflected in the published document with an updated revision date.
Your continued use of ZA999 after the effective date of any terms update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using ZA999 and request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
